An online auction is to be held for 4 lots of a 33-acre residential farm in Offaly, perfect for those looking to develop farmland or property.
Tom McDonald & Associates, based in Portarlington, co. Laois, will put the scenic site up for auction on Wednesday 26th June at 3pm via the LSL online auction Platform.
The four lots all promise road frontage, and the auction is not one to be missed.
Lot 1 is ideal for a small holding /equestrian farm with mains water and electricity access. It features an old Farmhouse in need of modernisation, with a number of outbuildings sitting on a total area of approx. 16 Acres

Lot 4 of the auction will give potential buyers a chance to buy the entire holding.
All intending bidders must register with Tom McDonald & Associates by 1pm on Monday, 24th June. A bidding deposit will need to be paid prior to the sale.
