WATCH: Punchestown Style Council reveals what they're looking for as search for Best Dressed continues

The Bollinger Best Dressed Style Council have gathered to discuss what they're hoping to see during the festival

Today's (April 30) Bollinger Best Dressed Style Council have gathered to discuss what they're looking out for over the week ahead.

Speaking about choosing the Best Dressed winner - a pharmacist from Dublin - of Punchestown day one, head judge Jess said, "I just thought she had an understated elegance, I love that classic tailoring.

"Her colour palette was beautiful, she wore her outfit with confidence, and it was just such a considered look, I absolutely adored it."

The other judges on the Style Council agreed, with the winner's "impeccable tailoring" lauded.

The judge for the Best Dressed Male stated he is looking for something well tailored.

He said, "Something a little adventurous, and again those details. Simple things like accessories. I think also colour... like stay away from the navy."

Judge Roxanne said she is looking for "sustainability always, maybe something that's pre-loved".

She said, "Someone who has considered and styled [the outfit] themselves."

The overall winner of the Best Dressed Lady and the Best Dressed Man will be decided on Friday (May 3).
